Job summary

Evolve Psychology Services is seeking a Specialist Neurodevelopmental Practitioner to join a passionate multidisciplinary team delivering high-quality autism and ADHD assessments for children and young people, across NHS and private pathways.

You will contribute to comprehensive assessments, provide feedback to families, and work within a hybrid model to support timely diagnoses and improved outcomes for families.

Qualifications

• Registered with HCPC, NMC, GMC or Social Work England and eligible to work in the UK.
• Experience conducting diagnostic assessments for autism and/or ADHD in children and young people.
• Strong written language skills for high-quality clinical reports.
• Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team and participate in diagnostic discussions.

Responsibilities

• Conduct face-to-face structured observations as part of neurodevelopmental assessments.
• Conduct remote developmental history interviews with parents/caregivers via Zoom.
• Participate in MDT diagnostic discussions with senior clinicians.
• Deliver clear, compassionate feedback to families.
• Produce accurate clinical reports including diagnostic formulations with smart tools.
• Work to meet service KPIs.
• Provide clinical supervision where applicable.
• Be able to travel to a clinic base for in-person assessments (hybrid).
