Job summary

Evolve Psychology Services Ltd in the United Kingdom is seeking a HCPC-registered psychologist to join a multidisciplinary team delivering high-quality neurodevelopmental assessments for children and young people, including autism and ADHD, across NHS-funded and private pathways.

You will conduct face-to-face observations, remote histories, participate in MDT discussions, provide feedback, and produce diagnostic reports using our smart tools.

Qualifications

• Must hold HCPC registration as a Practitioner Psychologist (Clinical, Educational, or Counselling).
• Experience conducting diagnostic assessments for autism and/or ADHD in children and young people.
• Strong ability to write clear, evidence-based clinical reports.

Responsibilities

• Conduct face-to-face structured observations as part of neurodevelopmental assessments.
• Carry out remote developmental history interviews with parents/carers via Zoom.
• Participate in MDT diagnostic discussions with senior clinicians.
• Deliver clear, compassionate feedback to families.
• Produce accurate clinical reports with diagnostic formulations using smart tools.
• Meet service KPIs and contribute to service development as needed.
• Provide clinical supervision where applicable.
• Travel to a clinic base for in-person assessments (hybrid model).
