Job summary

Active Care Group is seeking a Staff Nurse at Hunters Moor in Birmingham to provide specialist Level 2 neurological rehabilitation and neurobehavioural care for adults. You will act as the Primary Nurse, conducting assessments, care planning, and MDT collaboration to drive clinical improvements.

Applicants should hold an NMC RN license, have current right to work in the UK, and possess up-to-date Tracheostomy care and neurorehabilitation experience.

Qualifications

• Registered with the NMC as an RGN.
• Legal right to work in the UK.
• Up-to-date Tracheostomy care knowledge is essential.
• Experience in neuro conditions essential.
• Experience in a neurorehabilitation setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Act as Primary Nurse with overall nursing input for residents.
• Contribute to MDT working, risk assessment management and clinical improvement.
• Provide written nursing reports for statutory and clinical reviews.
• Adhere to NMC Code as a named nurse or key worker for a defined group of patients.
• Work as part of a team to help patients achieve planned outcomes.
• Ensure comprehensive, person-centred assessments and care plans.

Education

NMC Pin registration (RGN)

Legal right to work in the UK

Experience with Tracheostomy care
