Job summary

Active Care Group is recruiting a Nurse Associate for Hunters Moor in Birmingham. You will work as part of a multidisciplinary team to provide high-quality, person-centred care to individuals with complex neurological, spinal, and acquired brain injuries, under the supervision of Registered Nurses.

The role is fully rotational across three services on one site, with a 37.63 hour week and a mix of day, night and weekend shifts.

Qualifications

• Registered Nursing Associate qualification with valid NMC PIN.
• Legal right to work in the UK.
• Experience in complex neurological and spinal care beneficial.
• Experience with tracheostomy care preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver safe, effective nursing care within scope.
• Support rehabilitation and activities of daily living.
• Assist with tracheostomy care and airway management.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and care plans.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to ensure patient safety.
