Job summary

Active Care Group is seeking a Staff Nurse to join Hunters Moor in Birmingham, delivering specialist Level 2 Neurological Rehabilitation and Neurobehavioural care for adults. You will work within a multidisciplinary team, contribute to care planning, and help support patients to live their best lives.

Qualifications

• Current NMC Pin registration (RN) in the UK.
• Legal right to work in the UK.
• Experience in neurological or mental healthcare is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Actively participate in the multidisciplinary team, formulating care plans and conducting assessments.
• Assess and manage risks identified through patient assessment in collaboration with health professionals.
• Regularly review risk factors and modify care plans as appropriate in consultation with the team.
• Maintain professional knowledge and a portfolio, and participate in ongoing training to enhance patient care.
