Active Care Group in Northampton is seeking an experienced Physiotherapist to join our friendly teams. You will work across neurological rehabilitation and provide high-quality assessment, treatment and documentation.

Qualifications

• HCPC registration is required.
• Minimum 2 years' postgraduate experience.
• Full UK driving license required.
• Experience in neurological rehabilitation.

Responsibilities

• Assess, treat and manage challenges to physical abilities.
• Coordinate therapeutic timetables and programmes to achieve rehabilitation goals.
• Document assessments, treatments and outcomes.
• Be a great team player and support clients and their families.
• Communicate effectively with people with cognitive impairment and communication difficulties.
• Liaise with family, carers and others to meet clients' needs.
• Benefit from senior staff support with CPD and peer time.
