Zusammenfassung

Wavenet, the UK-based managed services provider, seeks a Network Infrastructure and Telephony Engineer to design, implement and support WAN/LAN networks and Cisco UC systems. You will collaborate with clients and internal teams to deliver secure and scalable network solutions.

The role requires CCNA/CCNP or JNCIA level certification, strong English communication, and hands-on experience with Cisco Call Manager and Unity. Expect hybrid work with on-site data centres and occasional overtime.

Qualifikationen

• Hold CCNA and preferably CCNP or JNCIP certifications.
• Extensive experience with WAN/LAN technologies and IP routing.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot complex multi-vendor networks.
• Strong English communication and customer-service focus.
• Experience with Cisco Unified Communications Manager and Cisco Unity.

Aufgaben

• Configure and troubleshoot core network devices including switches, routers and firewalls.
• Provide expert support to service desk for complex faults or change requests.
• Follow ITIL change control processes and document changes thoroughly.
• Manage IP Address and VLAN allocation and maintenance.
• Support Cisco Call Manager, Cisco Unity, and related telephony platforms.
• Assist in delivery of customer projects and participate in on-site and remote work.
• Engage in knowledge sharing within the Network Infrastructure Team.
