We have an exciting opportunity for a Network Service Technician to join our team at Thames Water. This is an exciting and varied customer-facing role where day to day you will be resolving customer network challenges to ensure minimal disruption to customer supply.
You will be meeting and helping different people every day, working on a variety of projects, ensuring that the best service is given to Thames Water customers.
You will receive a comprehensive training plan, so no experience is needed, just the desire to learn and excellent customer service skills.
What you will be doing as a Network Service Technician
Base Location: Reading - Fobney - RG2 0SF , but you will cover the whole of the Thames Valley area when on shift.
Working Pattern:38 hours. (1 in 8 weeks late shifts and 1 in 8 weeks standby rota)
Requirements:A clean UK driving license and be happy to drive between jobs.
