Job summary

PureKat Consultancy client near Fulbourn is seeking a Network Service Lead to head the technical service function, prioritise work and provide expert support to customers. You will line-manage the technical team, own escalations, configure accounts and equipment, support onboarding, maintain records and monitor network issues.

An ideal candidate has a strong background in RTK, GNSS or precision positioning, telecoms, and the ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical users; driving

Qualifications

• Strong technical background in RTK, GNSS, precision positioning, telecommunications or related field.
• Experience supervising, mentoring or line management.
• Ability to explain technical information clearly to non-technical users.
• UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Lead the technical service function and allocate/prioritise work.
• Provide technical support to customers and escalate issues as needed.
• Line manage, support and develop members of the technical team.
• Create and configure accounts; configure and test equipment.
• Support onboarding of customers and maintain accurate records.
• Monitor and rectify network issues; develop processes and documentation.
