Job summary

VodafoneThree in Newbury offers a hybrid role focused on leading the Network partner management function. You will own the relationship with the L2 organisation and govern contract matters while coaching a team of Partner Managers to drive performance and value across the network domain.

The role requires strong commercial acumen, experience in complex stakeholder environments, and the ability to influence senior leaders. Hybrid working combines office and home-based days in the UK.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in partner management, supplier relationship management or contract governance.
• Proven people leadership capability and ability to drive outcomes through a team.
• Good understanding of telecoms networks, managed services and supplier ecosystems.

Responsibilities

• Own and lead the Network business relationship with the relevant L2 organisation, acting as the primary interface for partner, contract and governance matters.
• Lead, coach and prioritise a team of Partner Managers, setting objectives and developing capability across partner management disciplines.
• Manage strategic partner relationships across the assigned Network domain with governance and risk oversight.
• Ensure commercial agreements deliver value and protect Networks from commercial, operational and financial risk.
• Drive contract lifecycle management including governance, renewals and performance tracking.
• Collaborate with Supply Chain, Legal, Finance and delivery teams on sourcing and contract management.
• Establish and maintain robust partner governance with reviews and reporting.
• Provide insight on partner landscape, spend, performance and risk for leadership decisions.
• Embed partner management processes, tools and controls across the team.
