Job summary

Severn Trent in Coventry is seeking a Network Optimisation Technician to join the Pressure Monitoring and Response Team (PMART). You will monitor core systems data, analyse asset information and help improve the water network performance for customers.

The role is 37 hours per week, Monday–Friday, with occasional travel to other sites. Training is provided and collaboration with colleagues is encouraged.

Qualifications

• Learn to navigate corporate software and Excel for data analysis.
• Strong planning, organising and ownership to handle time-limited tasks.
• Energy, collaboration and attention to detail with training provided.

Responsibilities

• Monitor various applications and analyse asset data.
• Interpret information in relation to Water Services and solve data issues.
• Produce performance metrics to show network performance.
• Liaise with stakeholders and communicate data clearly.
