Job summary

Severn Trent Plc is seeking a Network Optimisation Technician based in Coventry to support the Pressure Monitoring and Response Team (PMART). You will monitor core network data, analyse assets, and work with stakeholders to improve service levels while travelling to other Severn Trent sites as needed.

You will learn corporate software and Excel, apply strong planning, and take ownership of time-bound tasks.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to learn corporate software and office tools (e.g., Excel).
• Strong planning and organising skills to keep processes on track.
• Demonstrates ownership on time-limited tasks and collaborative work.

Responsibilities

• Monitor applications and analyse asset data for Water Services.
• Interpret data in relation to network performance and take corrective action when needed.
• Produce and communicate clear performance metrics to stakeholders across PMART.
