EVERYTHING YOU NEED TO KNOW
Our Network Optimisation teams are dedicated to ensuring that we meet, maintain, and improve the levels of service to our customers' water supply. We strive to get the best performance from the assets on our water distribution network.
As a Network Optimisation Technician within Chief Engineer, you will play a key part in ensuring that the quality of our core systems data is up to scratch. You will be responsible for monitoring various applications and providing practical support. This role involves liaising with multiple stakeholders across the business and offering analytical and problem-solving skills.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO THE ROLE
You’ll need to be able to use IT systems, such as Excel, and the application of the data is directly related to the water provision side of the business. It goes without saying you’ll have excellent communication skills and demonstrate the ability to influence colleagues of all levels effectively. You’ll have strong organisational skills, and be able to work on own initiative.
