A leading company in infrastructure management is seeking a Network Operations Supervisor to oversee the M25 network operations. The ideal candidate will lead incident support teams, ensure operational safety, and maintain high standards across all activities while promoting a culture of continuous improvement. This position offers a chance to make a significant impact on the safety and resilience of one of the UK's vital transport infrastructures.
About the role
As a Network Operations Supervisor, you'll support the safe delivery of Network Operation activities within your allocated area of the M25 network. Your leadership will ensure planned and reactive operations run smoothly, challenges are resolved, and targets are consistently met.
Leading a team of Incident Support Unit (ISU) Operatives, Emergency Support Teams (ERT) Operatives and Recovery Operatives (Dartford Only) you'll promote a safety-first culture where everyone is committed to doing their work in the right way. You'll ensure teams are appropriately briefed, working efficiently, and have the right resources to succeed.
You'll also support the delivery of various inspection regimes, ensuring high standards of work are maintained across all activities, and you'll contribute to incident management as the Bronze Command on the network. Your effective leadership and focus on continuous improvement will support the long-term success of the M25 network, ensuring it remains safe, resilient and in top condition.

The role follows a 4-on, 4-off shift pattern, rotating equally between 4 day
shifts and 4 night shifts.

With around 600 people, based at eight locations across the M25 network, we work on behalf of Connect Plus and National Highways to manage the operation of the M25 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, from routine maintenance to managing the whole-life requirement of thousands of assets across the network.
