Job summary

Elevate Group is seeking a Head of Network Support Operations in Manchester to lead the NOC and Network Support teams, driving a proactive, customer-focused operation around the clock. The role reports to the Operations Director and focuses on reducing incidents through automation, data-driven decisions and strong leadership.

You will shape the future of network support, balance strategic improvements with day-to-day performance, and ensure customers remain at the heart of every decision.

Qualifications

• Experience leading and developing technical teams in a NOC or similar environment.
• Strong knowledge of service provider/network operations and customer support.
• Experience with ITIL and major incident management.

Responsibilities

• Leading and developing our NOC and Tier 1-3 Network Support teams.
• Driving a proactive, customer-first approach to network support.
• Improving operational performance through automation, data and continuous improvement.
• Leading major incident response and ensuring lessons translate into lasting improvements.
• Reducing repeat incidents through effective root-cause analysis.
• Establishing clear KPIs and driving high levels of service and customer satisfaction.
• Working closely with customers, suppliers and teams across the wider business.
• Providing clear operational insight, performance and risk reporting to senior leadership.
