Senior Search Consultant - AEJ Consulting

Join a 24/7 Network Operations team responsible for monitoring and supporting key network and IT systems. This role involves diagnosing issues, maintaining service performance, and coordinating with technical teams to ensure smooth service delivery.

This is a shift pattern role: You will work within a rotating pattern of day and night shifts - experience working night shifts is necessary for this role!

Main Duties:

• Monitor infrastructure health and respond to alerts.
• Investigate and resolve incidents, escalating where required.
• Configure and troubleshoot network equipment and related systems.
• Maintain accurate records and shift handovers.
• Work with colleagues and external partners to restore services quickly.

Requirements:
