About The Role You're Considering

We have an exciting opportunity to join Capgemini as a Network Operations Analyst supporting a variety of Private & Public sector clients within our vast portfolio. Our Network Operations Centre (NOC) provides support at all levels for a multitude of technologies across complex landscapes, delivering expertise to ensure a stable, secure, efficient, and well-managed infrastructure throughout each solution's lifecycle. The strength of our NOC lies in our people, fostered by a supportive team culture.

Hybrid working: The work location will vary according to your role, needs, and business requirements; it will be a blend of Company offices, client sites, and your home, noting that you will be unable to work at home 100% of the time.

Successful candidates will undergo pre-employment checks, including identity verification, nationality or immigration status, employment history for the past 3 years, and a criminal record check (Disclosure and Barring Service).

Your role

As part of the Network Operations Centre, you'll have the opportunity to develop your skills and our capabilities through a mix of RUN and Project activities with other Network Analysts. Your responsibilities will include:

  1. Troubleshooting and configuring enterprise networks.
  2. Network incident diagnostics and resolution.
  3. Implementing network changes.
  4. Supporting internal and external Project Managers with project tasks.
  5. Enhancing your skills through professional training, certifications, and experience.

Your Skills And Experience

  • Proven support experience for enterprise networks with relevant technical certifications.
  • Experience supporting Cisco ACI software-defined networks (multi-site & multi-pod).
  • Support experience with firewalls (Palo Alto, Checkpoint, Cisco Firepower, Cisco ASA, and AnyConnect).
  • Experience with enterprise Wi-Fi technologies, including Cisco WLC.
  • Troubleshooting routing issues (BGP, OSPF, EIGRP).
  • Deep understanding of networking protocols (IPSEC, HSRP, BGP, OSPF, EIGRP).

Your security clearance

Obtainment of Security Check (SC) clearance is required. Candidates must have resided in the UK continuously for the last 5 years and meet other criteria. The recruitment process will include questions about your eligibility for security clearance, including nationality and residence details. Some roles may be restricted to UK nationals only.
