Join Us in Shaping the Future of Insurance Networks

We’re seeking a commercially minded and strategic Network Development Manager to join our expanding team at Jensten. This is a home-based role with regular travel across the UK to meet broker prospects and promote our network proposition. You will play a key role in executing our growth strategy across the Coversure and Jensten Broker networks, focusing on relationship building, opportunity identification, and supporting business planning with new prospects.

You will also lead the onboarding process for new network members, working cross-functionally to ensure a smooth transition. This requires structure, discipline, and project management skills to keep processes on track.

Reporting to the Network Director and collaborating with the Network Campaign Manager, you will identify, engage, and onboard new broker partners, championing our propositions and ensuring successful integration into our network.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  1. Develop and execute a network growth strategy focused on new member acquisition
  2. Build and manage a data-driven pipeline of broker prospects
  3. Qualify and prioritize leads, guiding them through early planning and decision-making
  4. Support business planning discussions with prospective members using your commercial acumen
  5. Articulate the value of our network offerings through case studies and testimonials
  6. Work with Operations to manage the onboarding process
  7. Maintain high engagement levels throughout the application process
  8. Stay informed on industry trends and maintain an external presence
  9. Promote our proposition via events, campaigns, and collaborations
  10. Monitor onboarding performance and share insights for continuous improvement

About You:

You are a confident communicator and relationship-builder with a commercial mindset and strong organizational skills. You enjoy uncovering opportunities, guiding strategic planning, and influencing decisions. While adept at front-end relationship building, you also excel at managing details with a structured, project-led approach.

  • Excellent organization and proactive approach
  • Ability to represent our brand at industry events
  • Knowledge of the insurance market and legislation
  • Experience in business and client management
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Cert CII (preferable)
  • Valid driving license, own vehicle, willingness to travel nationwide
