In Kind Direct, based in London Bridge with hybrid working, seeks a proactive manager to translate network needs into actionable insights. You will own network engagement, run surveys and CRM-enabled analyses, and help shape strategy and communications for our charity network.
You will lead on insights, support collaboration with the VCSE sector, and manage the Charity Network Coordinator while advancing the organisation’s impact goals.
London/Hybrid. The role is based out of our London Bridge office. Weoperatea hybrid working practice and expect the individual to be in the office for 2 days a week.

This role will represent the voice of our network and the end users they support, developing and implementing strategies at In Kind Direct to increase value and engagement, and strengthen our social impact together.
