A leading company in network support seeks a Network Analyst to provide remote support to facilities across Europe, Africa, and the Middle East. The candidate will engage in level 2/3 helpdesk support and project design, requiring expertise in Cisco technologies. This role offers a collaborative environment with ongoing training.
This is a Network Analyst position, primarily providing remote network support services to facilities in Europe, Africa and the Middle East (EAME) and globally when required.
The EAME Network services team provide LAN/WLAN/WAN incident and project support to all facilities in EAME.
The position will report to the EAME Network services supervisor, based in the UK,
The successful candidate will primarily be providing level2/3 Network helpdesk support, to EAME based facilities, including factories, offices, and warehouses.
Secondary functions will include small project LAN design and supporting regional facilities with request fulfilment and advice. Training will be provided.
