Your new role

Responsible for the adoption and use of information and digital technology, you will be part of a team that manages the effective operation, support, and maintenance of existing operational technology systems, including technology infrastructure (e.g., servers, databases, networks) and end-user devices (e.g., desktop PCs, smartphones, tablets). You will also oversee network infrastructure, including telephony and local and national network access, which are essential for delivering and supporting well-engineered IT services and products to meet company needs.

What you'll need to succeed

• Essential Skills and Knowledge:
• Cloud Networking Skills (AWS or Azure)
• Telephony Expertise (Avaya or Microsoft Teams Telephony preferred, but general telephony expected)
• Routing/Switching and Firewall Expertise
• ITIL understanding
• Network technology expertise

Must have proven experience and ability to:

• Manage and support various network services technology
• Maintain standards for information security
• Handle and respond to complaints

Must be able to obtain SC clearance.
