Job summary

Catch Resource Management is seeking an interim NetSuite Finance Accountant to support go-live and stabilisation of a NetSuite ERP transition. Qualifications

• Strong financial accounting background (qualified, part-qualified or qualified by experience).
• Hands-on NetSuite experience within a finance function.
• Experience in a NetSuite implementation, ERP go-live or finance systems transformation.
• Experience creating reports, saved searches and financial analyses within NetSuite.
• Strong understanding of journals, reconciliations, financial controls and month-end processes.
• Experience documenting finance processes and developing operating procedures.
• Ability to investigate issues, identify root causes and implement practical solutions.
• Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced project environment.

Responsibilities

We're supporting an established and growing organisation through a critical ERP transition and are seeking an experienced Interim NetSuite Finance Accountant to provide hands-on support during a NetSuite go-live and post-implementation stabilisation phase.

This is an opportunity for a finance professional with strong accounting expertise and practical NetSuite experience to play a key role in ensuring a smooth transition from implementation into business-as-usual operations.

The Role

Working closely with finance and project stakeholders, you'll support the finance team through go-live, resolve accounting and reporting issues, help establish effective processes and controls and provide knowledge transfer to ensure long-term success within the new NetSuite environment.

This is a highly hands-on role that will suit someone who enjoys troubleshooting, improving processes and helping finance teams get the most from their systems.

Key Skills & Experience:

• Strong financial accounting background (qualified, part-qualified or qualified by experience).
• Hands-on NetSuite experience within a finance function.
• Previous involvement in a NetSuite implementation, ERP go-live or finance systems transformation.
• Experience creating reports, saved searches and financial analyses within NetSuite.
• Strong understanding of journals, reconciliations, financial controls and month-end processes.
