Job summary

CheckFire Ltd is seeking a Netsuite Specialist to lead the ongoing optimisation and development of our NetSuite ERP platform. You will shape system design, improve processes, and strengthen financial controls across the platform in collaboration with Finance, FP&A, Operations and IT.

This role requires deep NetSuite experience, strong governance, data migration, and the ability to translate business requirements into scalable solutions that support growth.

Qualifications

• Degree in Business, IT, Accounting or a related field.
• SuiteFoundation + NetSuite Administrator or ERP Consultant certifications.
• 3+ years experience with financial systems and finance processes (GL, AP, AR).
• Deep NetSuite experience: configuration, customisation, roles/permissions, dashboards, data migration.

Responsibilities

• Lead Finance Systems ownership for NetSuite and governance.
• Configure and enhance NetSuite including workflows, reporting, roles and permissions.
• Drive integrations with core business systems and data flows.
• Support data migration, data quality, and master data governance.
• Lead or support NetSuite upgrade projects and UAT testing.
