Job summary

CheckFire Ltd is seeking a Netsuite Specialist to lead the ongoing optimisation and development of the NetSuite ERP platform. This role is central to supporting the continued growth of the business, ensuring our systems, processes, and controls evolve in line with organisational growth.

The candidate will act as the primary NetSuite specialist, shaping system design, improving data quality, and strengthening financial controls across the platform while collaborating with Finance, FP&A,

Qualifications

• Degree in Business/IT/Accounting or related field.
• SuiteFoundation + NetSuite Administrator or relevant ERP certifications preferred.
• 3+ years with financial systems, strong GL/AP/AR knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Lead ongoing optimisation and development of the NetSuite ERP platform.
• Shape system design, improve process efficiency and data quality, strengthen financial controls.
• Partner with Finance, FP&A, Operations and IT to deliver scalable, well-controlled NetSuite solutions.
• Manage integrations with core business systems and data flows.
• Lead or support NetSuite project work, upgrades, and UAT cycles.
