Job summary

IT Works Recruitment LTD is seeking a hands-on NetSuite Consultant to join a UK consultancy team. You will own client engagements from scoping through to go-live and beyond, translating requirements into a working NetSuite configuration.

You will work across Finance, CRM, Order Management, Inventory and Manufacturing, deliver training, provide post-launch support, and collaborate with technical colleagues to ensure clean integrations.

Qualifications

Hands-on NetSuite experience across core modules.
Understanding of business processes and how to reflect them in NetSuite.
Experience delivering NetSuite implementations from start to finish.
Data cleansing/validation for migrations.
A working knowledge of technical aspects to collaborate with engineers.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Exposure to AI tools in a business/software context.
Clear written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

Manage NetSuite engagements end to end from scoping to go-live and post-launch support.
Analyse client operations and translate into NetSuite configuration.
Work across core modules: financials, CRM, order management, inventory, manufacturing.
Design and deliver end-user training for system adoption.
Provide troubleshooting and ongoing support after go-live.
Collaborate with technical colleagues to ensure clean integrations with other systems.
Stay updated on NetSuite functionality and releases.
Support early-stage client conversations and proposals.
