Job summary

IT Works Recruitment LTD is partnering with a growing retail business to recruit a NetSuite Technology Manager. You will own the NetSuite environment and lead technology initiatives that support growth and operational excellence.

As the NetSuite Technology Manager, you will manage daily administration, drive system improvements, coordinate upgrades and collaborate with Finance, Operations, Retail and IT to deliver projects from inception to completion.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience administering and supporting NetSuite ERP.
• Excellent knowledge of NetSuite configuration, reporting, workflows and user management.
• Experience delivering ERP projects and business systems improvements.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to analyse business processes and recommend technology-driven solutions.
• Experience working with third-party integrations and external software vendors.
• Proactive, collaborative approach with a passion for continuous improvement.
• Retail, eCommerce or multi-site business experience.
• Knowledge of NetSuite customization and scripting.
• Experience with project management methodologies such as Agile or PRINCE2.
• Exposure to planning, budgeting or integrated business systems.

• Drive change management activities to ensure successful adoption of new technologies.
• Act as the key liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders.
• Produce reporting and dashboards to support informed business decision-making.
• Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives across the technology landscape.

We\'re partnering with an established and growing retail business to recruit a NetSuite Technology Manager. This is a fantastic opportunity to take ownership of the company\'s NetSuite environment while leading technology initiatives that support business growth and operational excellence.

The Role

As the NetSuite Technology Manager, you\'ll be responsible for the day-to-day management, optimisation and strategic development of the NetSuite ERP platform. You\'ll work closely with stakeholders across Finance, Operations, Retail and IT to improve business processes, deliver system enhancements and lead technology projects from inception through to completion.
