Job summary

eRecruitSmart is seeking a NetSuite & Business Systems Analyst to join our client’s Bracknell team. This early-career role focuses on supporting NetSuite and business systems, handling data, and developing technical skills with hands-on training.

You’ll work closely with the IT Manager on daily operations, maintain data accuracy, generate reports and dashboards, and assist with system integrations. The position is office-based with one flexible day at home.

Qualifications

• Experience in business systems, operations, data, or IT support.
• Strong problem-solving and data investigation abilities.
• Proficient with spreadsheets and data management.
• Good written and spoken communication; able to explain technical matters.
• Well-organised with the ability to manage competing priorities.
• Willingness to learn and develop with training provided.

Responsibilities

• Support and administer NetSuite, including sales orders, inventory, user access, records and custom fields.
• Investigate system issues and maintain reports, dashboards and saved searches.
• Monitor daily delivery processes, data transfers and system integrations.
• Support Shopify and Sigma users with queries, reporting and data accuracy.
• Provide first-line IT support, including equipment setup and new starter access.
• Maintain clear system documentation and assist with data protection requests.
