Job summary

Royal Free London NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Clinical Pathway Administrator at its Barnet base site. This part-time role (25.5 hours per week) will support the Nephrology and Renal team, coordinating care pathways and ensuring smooth patient flow from referral to discharge.

You will manage referrals, maintain accurate records, and act as a primary contact across multidisciplinary teams, promoting patient-centred care in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience providing administrative support in a healthcare or similar setting.
• Ability to manage referrals and coordinate care across teams.
• Strong record-keeping and data entry accuracy; attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Support delivery and coordination of nephrology/renal clinical pathways.
• Manage patient referrals and maintain accurate records.
