Qualifications

• Functional English and Maths qualifications.
• Care Certificate; Level 2/3 Health and Social Care qualification.
• Fluent spoken Nepali and English.

Responsibilities

• Provide Nepali-speaking maternity support in homes, clinics and community settings.
• Help families access maternity services, attend appointments and education.
• Offer antenatal and postnatal care within competence under a midwife's supervision.
• Support newborn care, infant feeding and wellbeing information.
