Cambridge University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust is recruiting experienced NICU nurses for the Paediatric and Neonatal Decision Support and Retrieval Service (PaNDR) in Cambridge. You will provide direct care for infants during transfers and work within a multidisciplinary retrieval team, upholding CUH values and clinical excellence.

The role offers opportunities to develop within a leading teaching Trust, with a focus on neonatal transport and collaboration across teams.

Qualifications

• Essential neonatal nursing qualifications including Neonatal Life Support Course and Neonatal Critical Care qualification.
• Teaching/mentorship qualification and safeguarding level 3 (A) are desirable/essential depending on role.
• Current UK professional registration and competence in neonatal care are required.

Responsabilités

• Provide direct clinical care to infants requiring emergency and elective transfer.
• Demonstrate team leadership to ensure safe, effective service delivery for staff, parents and babies.
• Support development and governance of the neonatal transport and retrieval service.
