Job summary

Cambridge University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust is seeking an experienced NICU nurse to join the PaNDR team. You will provide direct clinical care to neonates and support transfers between hospitals and during ambulance transport.

The role offers opportunities to work within a pioneering paediatric and neonatal network, with flexible working options and development pathways across Addenbrooke’s and the Rosie Hospital.

Qualifications

• UK nursing registration (NMC) required.
• Tertiary level neonatal nursing experience.
• Experience in governance and service development is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct clinical care to infants requiring emergency and elective transfer.
• Lead and support the neonatal retrieval team to ensure safe and effective service delivery.
• Collaborate with paediatric and neonatal colleagues within CUH NHS Foundation Trust.
