Southdown is seeking an organised, enthusiastic, and community-focused individual to support a new neighbourhood approach to mental health and wellbeing across Brighton and Hove and East Sussex. You will coordinate projects, community activities and partnerships to help people access support close to home.

Working with Neighbourhood Leads, you will organise meetings, workshops, and events, gather feedback, monitor progress and turn ideas into practical action.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating multi-partner community projects.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
• Ability to organise meetings and events.
