We are excited to announce that we are recruiting for a Neighbourhood Officer. This is a fantastic opportunity where you will be managing properties in various areas withinLancashire you will be responsible for a designated patch. Our team works flexibly, and patches are reviewed and adjusted as new colleagues join to ensure workloads remain balanced. You can expect to cover an area of approximately 500 properties, which may include locations such as Rossendale, Pendle, or Blackburn. This role is field based; you will balance yourtime between working in thefieldand from home.You will be focusing on the delivery of high-quality tenancy management services, providing excellent customer care, making a difference in neighbourhoods and working to improve the lives of our residents. You will be visible and accessible in our communities, engaging our customers and local partners working together to build neighbourhood resilience.
