Job summary

Eden Brown are seeking a highly experienced Housing Officer on a 3 month contract situated in Manchester. The role offers a hybrid option with 2-3 days at home/in the office.

You will provide frontline services to tenants across Manchester, including vulnerable groups, address income challenges, tenancy sustainment, safeguarding, domestic abuse and community safety, and tackle environmental issues such as fly tipping and garden problems.

Qualifications

• Extensive Housing Management experience.
• Access to a car.

Responsibilities

As a Housing Officer your role will involve:

• Dealing with Income challenges
• Tenancy Sustainment
• Safeguarding, Domestic Abuse and Community Safety
• Environmental issues ie fly tipping, garden issues

Due to the nature of this role interested candidates must have extensive Housing Management experience
