Job summary

Eden Brown are seeking a highly experienced Housing Officer on a 3 month contract situated in Manchester. The role offers a hybrid option with 2-3 days at home/in the office.

You will provide frontline services to tenants across Manchester, including vulnerable groups, address income challenges, tenancy sustainment, safeguarding, domestic abuse and community safety, and tackle environmental issues such as fly tipping and garden problems.

Qualifications

• Extensive Housing Management experience.
• Access to a car.

Responsibilities

• Provide frontline service to a portfolio of tenants across Manchester, including vulnerable groups.
• Deal with income challenges for tenants.
• Support tenancy sustainment and positive outcomes.
• Address safeguarding, domestic abuse and community safety.
