Job summary

Eden Brown is seeking an Independent Living Officer for a 2-month contract located in North Manchester, covering a Sheltered Scheme. The role focuses on delivering frontline resident support, ensuring schemes meet compliance standards, and addressing income-related issues.

You will conduct health and safety checks, perform morning calls, and develop support plans while carrying out risk assessments and managing voids. Enhanced DBS is a prerequisite.

The role as Sheltered Manager will involve:

• Providing a frontline service to residents within a Scheme
• Managing Compliance processes
• Supporting residents with Income issues
• Completing Heath and Safety checks
• Morning Calls
• Support Plans
• Risk Assessments
• Managing voids

Due to the nature of this role you must have Social Housing/or Social Care experience
