Job summary

BDS Recruitment is seeking a Neighbourhood Housing Officer to cover the Oldham area. The role is full-time with a minimum 9-month contract (potentially 12 months).

You will support tenancy management, maximise rent income through arrears casework, and work with residents and agencies to resolve issues, including anti-social behaviour. Some out-of-hours work may be required.

Full compliance with Health & Safety, Diversity & Inclusion and GDPR is required at all times.

Qualifications

• Previous experience of housing is essential.

Responsibilities

• Maximise rent income through arrears case management with residents, solicitors and agencies.
• Deal with tenancies and anti-social behaviours.
• Ensure information sharing between Scheme Managers, office teams and local communities.
