Weaver Vale Housing Trust seeks a proactive Neighbourhood Housing Officer to deliver tenancy and neighbourhood management across Warrington and Cheshire, based in Northwich. You will focus on prevention, early intervention, and sustainable tenancies, working flexibly across multiple locations.

The role requires a full UK driving license, DBS clearance, and a commitment to customer-focused service, with strong collaboration and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• Three A levels or equivalent level of qualification or equivalent professional experience in social housing.
• Full UK driving license.
• Experience of achieving successful outcomes in managing ASB or tenancy issues.
• Current knowledge of best practice in tackling ASB and housing management.
• Current knowledge of Tenancy Management legislation.
• Experience of working in a customer-focused environment.
• Experience of dealing with challenging situations and resolving conflict.
• DBS check is required.

Responsabilités

• Deliver a responsive and proactive tenancy and neighbourhood management service to Trust customers.
• Take a problem-solving approach to resolving ASB and tenancy issues.
• Develop partnerships with customers, colleagues and local stakeholders for preventative actions.
• Use insight and feedback to inform local Neighbourhood Plans and longer-term solutions.
