Job summary

Codi Group in Caerphilly is seeking a full-time Neighbourhood Housing Manager on a fixed-term basis to August 2027. You’ll lead delivery of housing services, manage tenancies, lettings and estates, and be the visible community presence in your patch.

You will work with customers and partners to sustain homes, tackle safety and antisocial behaviour, and support the group’s aim to keep eviction levels low while delivering holistic support across teams.

Qualifications

• Experience in managing tenancies and lettings.
• Ability to build relationships with customers and partners.
• Evidence of safeguarding and community safety activity.

Responsibilities

• Manage tenancies and lettings within Caerphilly patch.
• Improve estates and community safety across the area.
• Be main contact for customers and partners, ensuring joined-up services.
• Collaborate with teams to deliver holistic housing services across the organisation.
