Home Group is looking for a Housing Manager to shape safe, welcoming neighbourhoods across Glasgow and Dumfries and Galloway. You will build trusted relationships with customers, take ownership from first contact to resolution, and manage anti-social behaviour to keep communities safe.

You'll conduct estate inspections, work with contractors, and collaborate with partners to protect income for reinvestment.

Formación

• You have experience in housing management or a similar customer focused role.
• You have confidence managing anti-social behaviour and complex customer situations.
• You have knowledge of housing law, safeguarding, and sustaining tenancies.
• You have strong organisation skills and take ownership from start to finish.
• You’ll be joining a team of 6 other experienced, supportive and caring housing managers working across Glasgow and Dumfries and Galloway.
