Overview

We are looking for an individual to join our Housing Services team as our next Customer Experience Advisor within our Neighbourhood team to take a range of enquiries and give assistance to our customers.

Managing both internal & external calls to customers, you will communicate effectively, and act quickly and professionally resolve them.

The role includes supporting our reception function at Tamar Court, Worle.

You will get the opportunity to support our Officers so they can carry out day to day tasks linked to mutual exchanges, tenancy fraud, changes to tenancies, community safety and general tasks that support our customers to sustain their tenancies within the communities.

A natural communicator, you can communicate with a wide range of people in a clear and concise manner.

With experience of working in a customer focused/service environment, you will also have high levels of IT literacy and have a flexible approach to supporting your colleagues.
