Job summary

Regenda Group is seeking a Neighbourhood Officer to manage a defined neighbourhood patch and deliver high-quality tenancy and housing management services. You will build trusted relationships with customers, focus on safe and inclusive communities, and work across teams to meet standards and KPIs.

The role requires housing qualifications or willingness to obtain, with a UK driving license and flexible hours. The position is based in Oldham with hybrid working options.

Qualifications

• Experience in social housing, housing management or a customer facing role delivering excellent service.
• Strong understanding of social housing legislation, regulatory standards, complaints handling and current neighbourhood management issues.
• Excellent communication and written skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage a defined neighbourhood patch using a place-based approach.
• Build relationships with customers and external partners to sustain tenancies and resolve issues.
• Ensure neighbourhood standards, KPIs and customer satisfaction are met.
