The Role

We are seeking a Neighbourhoods & Communities Team Leader to provide operational leadership, focusing on general needs tenancies. Responsibilities include managing risk, budgets, and performance, and ensuring high-quality, customer-focused housing management. The role involves supporting the Neighbourhood and Communities Manager, meeting regulatory and tenant satisfaction standards, inspiring and supporting your team, and fostering a positive culture.

Candidate Requirements

• Experience in housing, with strong knowledge of social housing legislation
• Management or leadership experience
• Full UK driving license and access to a vehicle
• Extensive experience with general needs tenancies
• CIH Level 4 qualification or willingness to attain it
• Ability to plan, manage, and prioritize workload
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
