Formación

• Relevant experience in a supervisory role pertaining to NEC4 contracts.
• Experience working on local authority schemes in Greater Manchester.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure compliance with project specifications and quality standards.
• Coordinate construction activities with stakeholders.
• Conduct site inspections for safety hazards.
• Prepare and submit progress reports.
• Manage change orders and contractual issues.

Educación

Relevant NEC contract qualifications
