Jacobs is seeking an NEC Project Manager to deliver complex infrastructure programmes across East Sussex and Kent. The role focuses on NEC contract administration, early warnings, compensation events, programme review and payments certification, ensuring NEC principles are applied effectively.

You will work as part of the client delivery team, building credibility with clients and contractors, and guiding project decisions with clear, balanced judgement to avoid disputes and enable successful

Qualifications

• Experience leading NEC contract administration on live infrastructure projects.
• Strong stakeholder management across client and contractor organisations.
• Ability to administer NEC contracts and navigate contractual challenges.

Responsibilities

• Administer NEC contract, manage Early Warnings and Compensation Events.
• Review programmes and certify payments to keep projects moving forward.
• Provide contractual advice to clients and contractors to resolve issues.
