Job summary

Qualifications

• Degree in Quantity Surveying, Commercial Management, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
• Membership of RICS or an equivalent professional body (desirable).

Responsibilities

• Administer NEC3 contracts from award through delivery to close-out, ensuring full contractual compliance.
• Managing compensation events, including assessment, negotiation and agreement of quotations.
• Developing and maintaining cost baselines and supporting the evaluation of supplier submissions.
• Undertaking detailed cost analysis, reviewing assumptions, quantities, rates and scope alignment.
• Supporting proactive commercial risk management, dispute avoidance and supplier performance assurance.
