Job summary

Egis is seeking a Contract and Change Manager to lead commercial and contractual management of a Task Order under NEC3/NEC4 PSC for a major UK nuclear infrastructure programme. You will represent the ICOSH consortium, ensuring contractual compliance and leading change across delivery teams.

You will work with the Delivery Manager, Project Director and consortium partners to manage early warnings, compensation events and client communications, protecting the consortium's position while

Qualifications

• Experience with NEC contracts, preferably PSC.
• Experience in Contract Management and Change Management on major projects.
• Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent written communication and contractual drafting abilities.

Responsibilities

• Act as primary Contract & Change Manager for a Task Order under a Framework Contract.
• Provide contractual advice and support to delivery teams and consortium partners.
• Ensure NEC contract compliance and manage risks, EW's and notifications.
• Lead end-to-end management of Compensation Events and contractual changes.
• Support commercial negotiations, budget alignment and client communications.
