Job summary

The Royal Navy is seeking an instructor to deliver training on maintenance principles and fault-finding techniques for Royal Navy electronic systems within the Weapons Engineering Department. You will teach up to 16 students per class and work closely with Learning & Development and a team of 10 instructors.

Experience in teaching or coaching is valued, and electrical qualifications (Level 3) are advantageous.

Qualifications

• Level 4 teaching certificate or equivalent.
• Understanding of Royal Navy Weapons Engineering.
• Any teaching, instructing, coaching experience would be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Deliver maintenance principles and fault-finding training of Royal Navy electronic systems for Weapons Engineering.
• Teach up to 16 students per class.
• Collaborate with Learning & Development and a team of 10 Instructors.
• Support continuous improvement and learning; electrical qualification (Level 3) an advantage.
