Job summary

Doncaster Mind is seeking a Navigator for Early Support & Community Wellbeing. You will help people identify what matters most to them and access the right support, working across the Early Support & Community Wellbeing Pathway to connect individuals with wellbeing services, mentoring opportunities and community activities.

You’ll contribute to outreach, partnership work and improving access for underrepresented communities, helping people build confidence, resilience and connection in Doncaster.

Every day, people reach out for support because they're struggling with their wellbeing, feeling isolated, facing life challenges or simply aren't sure where to turn. As a Navigator, you'llhelp people identify what matters most to them and access the support that's right for their needs. You'll play a vital role in ensuring that no one has to face challenges alone and that people receive help before issues become overwhelming.

Connect People to Opportunities and Support

Working across Doncaster Mind's Early Support & Community Wellbeing Pathway, you'll help people access wellbeing services, mentoring opportunities, community activities and wider support across Doncaster. Whether you're providing information and guidance, supporting referrals, working alongside partners or helping someone navigate their next step, you'll be making a real difference by removing barriers and helping people build confidence, resilience and connection.

This role goes beyond individual support. You'll be involved in outreach, community engagement and partnership working, helping raise awareness of available services and improving access for underrepresented communities.
