Job summary

Rolls-Royce plc is seeking a Programme Lead for Naval Bristol SNBG 7–10. You will manage the end-to-end naval programme, interfacing with customers from quotation to close-out and coordinating with engineering and procurement for successful delivery.

The role requires strong PM discipline, stakeholder management, and familiarity with PM tools such as MS Project and SAP. It offers a challenging, autonomous environment within the Defence sector.

Qualifications

• Experience managing projects with multiple stakeholders and customers.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Good practical understanding of PM tools and approaches.

Responsibilities

• Act as a prime interface for customers from quotation to contract close-out.
• Own the creation and daily management of an integrated programme plan.
• Work with engineering and support functions to prioritise and govern work packages.
• Own and manage programme risk, finances, and scheduling.
• Deliver new work proposals and coordinate with purchasing and commercial functions.
